FAQ

  • What do you rent?
    • We rent all the items you'll need for a perfect beach vacation! We have linens (bed sheets, bath towels, and kitchen towels), beach accessories (coolers, beach carts, beach wagons, beach towels, beach umbrellas, and beach chairs). We also sell a welcome package that includes paper towels, toilet paper, and ice ready to go when you arrive!
  • Do you charge a delivery fee?
    • Yes, we charge a $10 delivery fee for all rentals. If the rental is within 72 hours we charge a rush delivery fee of $25.
  • Do you offer in-store pickup?
    • We do not currently offer in-store pickup.
  • What type of bed sheets and towels do you provide?
    • We provide the best bed sheets and towels for you. We use the same ones at home!
  • When will the rental items be available?
    • We start deliveries the day of your rental at 10 AM. Please see our Delivery Fees on the product pages and at checkout for more information.
  • Do I need to clean anything before I return it?
    • You do not need to clean any of the linens provided. Please return them to the containers they were dropped off in. For beach equipment please remove any sand that may have found its way onto the equipment (It always finds a way!). 
  • Where do I return the equipment?
    • Please leave all equipment outside of the front door at the end of your rental period by 9 AM. Any items not available for pickup by 9 AM will incur a $20 charge.
    • What is your cancellation policy?
      • Our policy lasts up to 14 days from your rental date (this includes weather cancellations). If your order is canceled less than 14 days from reservation date, there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund to the credit card you have supplied as payment.  If your order is canceled less than 48 hours from reservation date, no refund is available.
