Property Owner Program

Do you own a property in the Berlin/Ocean Pines/Ocean City area? Are you looking for a linen service to handle the needs of your VRBO/AirBnB guests? We are here to help with special pricing for property owners!

Programs Offered:

Limited Service

Our limited service program includes all linens (based on a standardized package we help you create) for your rental. The linens will be dropped off inside the front door of your property prior to your guest arrival. Guests will be required to return the linens to the bags they were delivered in and set outside the front door on the day of checkout for pickup per our reservation policies. We will require a credit card to keep on file to charge as reservations occur. 

 

Custom Service

For those property owners who do not wish to set up a standardized service program and would like to adjust their package based on each reservation, we offer a custom service option. With this service, owners will be setup with an account on our website where they can create a custom order for each rental.

For all property owner service programs we will require a key or door code.

Linen Referral Option

If you do not wish to offer a service program for your rental you can simply refer guests to our website and they can order a custom package based on their needs.
